QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
Eaton's facility in Cerkezkoy has an opening for a Maintenance Engineer. This position is a key member of the Polimer Kauçuk (PK) PVC/Thermoplastic Maintenance Department. The position reports directly to the Focused Factory Manager, indirectly to the Factory Maintenance Manager.
The role will work with the Focused Factory Manager as well as PVC/Thermoplastic maintenance team on activities according to local and international standards or Eaton specifications. The position will direct team in the maintainence of machines, improve efficiency, and reduce down-time. The position will have direct communication with production, planning, quality, engineering, and the EHS department to run systems efficiently and safely. The position will insure that resources are fully utilized to maximize output and minimize cost. The individual will lead the team in 5S efforts and will support the rest of the Eaton Lean System tools, taking the actions needed to accomplish objectives.
İŞ TANIMI
The ideal candidate(s) will have the following basic requirements;
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering discipline preferably Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 years or more professional experience in manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge about mechanical maintenance, predictive maintenance, TPM and technical drawing comprehension.
• Must be eligible to work in Turkey without company sponsorship.
• Effective communication skills.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.
• Computer fluency such as CAD, PC, Microsoft Office etc
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, including daily interaction with operations teams on the shopfloor, preferably in a process industry.
This position will be based in EATON' s Cerkezkoy Facility
