QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Autoliv Cankor is a wholly owned subsidiary of Autoliv, the world leader in the production of automotive safety systems. We are currently accepting applications for our plant in Gebze where we produce and market airbags, seatbelts and steering wheels with 3000 highly competitve employees. What You'll Do

To organise AMG (Autonomous Manufacturing Group) and their sources according to AMG targets and APS (Autoliv Production System)
To ensure all Health and Safety standarts are applied in the GEMBA and supporting Divisions with EHS documentation.
To spread Autoliv Policy Deployment Targets to the team and follow them regularly.
To lead AMG team and organise daily SQDSM meetings.
To initiate studies that will optimize AMG expenditures, to monitor compliance with the budget
To make the necessary analyses about productivity, efficiency, lost times, to follow these indicators up-to-date, to prepare action and non-compliance plans against the actions to be determined, to follow these plans within AMG, to ensure the implementation of the plans and to report the results

What is required

Bachelor's Degree in engineering
Minimum 5 years of professional experience required in manufacturing Sectors (Automotive Industries are preferable)
Comprehensive knowledge of production system and lean methods.
Presentational skills with the ability to influence others to effect change in a positive manner
Excellent communication skills with solid teamwork ability
Good knowledge of MS Office programs
Excellent command of English (Reportings and Meetings will be in English)
