GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

·       Graduated from "Industrial Engineering", "Mechanical Engineering" or related engineering departments that provide undergraduate education at universities,

·       In the production sector, min. 3 years of production planning experience,

·       Speaks English very well,

·       Able to use ERP and Microsoft Excel programs at an advanced level and perform data analysis,

·       Competent in planning skills and time management,

·       Having a holistic perspective, result-oriented,

·       Able to think analytically and have knowledge of reporting,

·       Able to adapt to intense work tempo / flexible working hours,

·       Good at time and stress management,

·       Prone to teamwork, strong communication and relationship management,

JOB DESCRIPTION

·       Preparing and monitoring production plans and reports in daily, weekly and monthly detail,

·       Regular follow-up of cost items on a project basis,

·       Preparing, updating and monitoring the work program,

·       Performing stock controls of raw materials/finishes/semi-finished products required for production and ensuring their supply in accordance with the manufacturing deadline,

·       Planning, Purchasing, Logistics etc. Working in coordination with departments on improvement projects,

·       Ensuring the flow of information to the management regarding all processes of production

·       Defining product recipes and master data studies to the ERP program,

·       Creating and tracking production orders in ERP,

·       Creating variant definitions of the material,

·       Preparation of monthly and annual capacity planning studies

·       Following material arrivals,

·       Carrying out MRP studies,
