Hair Care, Hair Styling, Skin Care, Shower Gel,  Liquid Soap, Wet Towel and similar consumer products produced under the HOBBY product brand are exported to nearly 40 countries by opening up to the foreign market at the point it has reached today.

As Hobi Kozmetik, we are looking for a"Plastic Injection Assistant Manager" to be assigned in our Tekirdağ Veliköy Organized Industrial Zone location.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree from Engineering, Business Administration, or Architecture faculties,
• Minimum 7 years experience in Plastic Injection/Blow Molding Pet Production,
• Preferably good level of English,
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs,
• Having competence in problem solving methodologies,
• Have previously managed large, multi-functional teams,
• Able to lead teamwork, experienced in team management and strong communication,
• Competent in team development and motivation,
• Detailed, analytical, initiative and multi-tasking skills developed,
• Experienced in lean production techniques,
• Advantageous to have SAP knowledge, 
• Preferably resident in Çorlu, Çerkezköy andKapaklı location.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Continuously monitor production scrap and create reduction activities,
• Implement lean manufacturing techniques to operation floors as continuous improvement actions,
  
• Achieve production plan on time as targeted,
  
• Manage to overtime, absenteeism, suggestion system and 5S subjects,
  
• Closely follow up OEE efficiency metrics and take countermeasure when necessary,
  
• Follow up the maintenance activities for all the machinery and equipment in the production, to ensure that they are carried out regularly and on time,
  
• Monitoring the KPIs of the part he/she responsible for and making an improvement plan and taking actions according to this monitoring process,
  
• Ensuring work follow-up and discipline of the blue-collar team affiliated to him and monitoring their development,
  
• Ensuring that the application of the principles of basic and engineering sciences to solve manufacturing problems and to determine alternative production methods,
• Make sure that health and safety standards, industrial safety and occupational safety instructions are being strictly followed,
• Handle the daily production process and all the related activities,
• Prepare production reports that contain operating and stopping rates, optimum performance rates for machines and analyzing operating conditions,
• Monitor and analyze the scrap ratios and any deviation in the expected production rates.
