We are looking for Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Job Description

• Reaching goals for business and revenue growth.
• Follow-up the marketing operations based on strategy.
• Collect and report marketing data
• Follow-up tenders and convert these tenders into leads
• Follow-up customer strategies and marketing initiatives
• Identify and research potential clients
• Make market research according to marketing strategy
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
• Design marketing materials
• Drive the end-to-end sales process

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in industrial engineering
• Experience in Defence or Aerospace industry is a plus
• Fluent in English & Turkish is a must
• At least 3+ year experience in Marketing Department
• Excellent customer orientation and networking skills
• Photoshop of similar design software knowledge is a plus
• Excellent team player and multi-tasking skills
• High degree of self-motivation & accuracy performs well under pressure, flexibility, self-confidence, high willingness to learn, result- orientation, self-organization.
