GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from universities' Information Technologies or related departments,
• Having at least 3 years of experience,
• Expert in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 office applications,
• Knowledgeable about the basics of the Information Security concept,
• Experienced in ERP software application, user training, report development, functional support,
• Knowledgeable about ERP subsystems,
• Has troubleshooting skills and the ability to foresee and solve problems with a proactive approach,
• Prone to cooperation and teamwork,
• Strong communication skills, developed analytical thinking skills,
• Fluent in English.
• Preferably those who live or can live on the service route. (We have service opportunities from Küçükçekmece, Beylikdüzü, Esenyurt, Büyükçekmece, Silivri, Mimaroba, Çatalca.)

 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Following up on requests and ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner,
• Desktop and laptop computers, mouse, keyboard, monitor, printer, scanner and camera, etc. install, configure, test, maintain, monitor and troubleshoot products,
• Providing hardware and software support to users,
• Ensuring the installation, update or removal of applications that need to be installed based on approved requests,
• Making, checking and reporting backups,
• Supporting ERP software users, troubleshooting and solving their questions,
• To provide necessary ERP software  training to users.
