Export Manager

In our company which is operating in the Industrial Kitchen sector; We are looking for an "Export Manager" who will report to (be responsible to) the Export Coordinator and be responsible for all export activities.

General Qualifications

• Graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences departments of universities,
• Fluency in English.  German or French as a second language,
• At least 15 years of experience in export,
• Have spent at least 5 years of their career in team management, have developed management skills,
• Have managerial skills, competence in team management and coordination,
• Have strong communication skills and high personal motivation,
• Result oriented, developed problem solving skills,
• Strong negotiation and representation skills,
• No restrictions on international travel,
• Able to use MS Office programs, ERP and CRM programs at a very good level.
• High data processing and reporting skills,
• Having a driver's license and being able to actively drive

Job description

• Conducting research on target markets and reporting to the Export Coordinator,
• To make sales offers by determining the target customers of our company's products in foreign markets,
• Checking the offers and orders given to the customer by the team in charge
• Using alternative sales channels to find new customers,
• Collecting information about competitors and their products in the sales region and preparing written reports,
• Conducting meetings with R&D and Production Departments in new product development processes. Being an observer and contributing to the process,
• To follow export legislation closely, to follow foreign trade and tax legislation in the countries where sales are made, and to report changes. To provide training to the sales team on this subject,
• Producing projects to increase sales in target markets,
• Motivating and guiding his/her team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets,
• Conducting planned overseas customer visits,
• Participating in international fairs and international customer visits on behalf of the company
