• Graduated from Bachelor's/Master's degree at relevant fields (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering)
• At least 8 years of experience in the field of marketing, including 4 years in a managerial position (preferably in the production sector)
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• Strong professional and individual communication skills,
• Knowledge and experience in web projects/applications and digital marketing,
• Able to use MS Office and ERP programs effectively,
• Problem solving and decision making, presentation skills, strong analysis skills, strategic perspective, customer-oriented, detail-oriented, time management, planning skills,
• Living in the Anatolian side of Istanbul. 

We are looking for “Marketing Manager”.

• Making positioning studies for institutions, brands and products,
• Creating profiles of the target audience in behavioral, psychographic, orientation and other constructs according to the sector and geographical breakdown,
• Designing customer insight researches such as brand perception, awareness, usage & preference together with research companies, developing and managing the necessary promotion strategies and actions from the research results,
• Preparation, management and evaluation of annual marketing communication strategy, KPI, activity plans and budgets,
• Evaluating and determining the activities such as domestic fairs, congresses, panels, sponsorships that will contribute to the brand image and awareness, providing all the organizations of the relevant events, determining and organizing the activities outside the company,
• Following new marketing trends, developing and presenting new project proposals about products and services to other units,
• Developing relations with new customers, developing and managing activities for ongoing customers in designated areas, managing and monitoring customer satisfaction activities,
• Planning and managing promotional activities that will contribute to both sales/profitability and the awareness and image of corporate brands,
• Managing marketing communication and promotion activities in digital media and social networks, making designs in line with the content and features determined for the corporate website, and ensuring its continuity and up-to-dateness,
• Deciding how to reach the market in marketing, which starts with product planning, what the field of activity is and what its characteristics will be.
• Developing product, marketing and price strategies and implementing related plans in order to achieve market share, turnover, profitability and KPI targets.
