QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
· Minimum education – Bachelor’s Degree
· Minimum 6 years of experience of all HR functions, especially in Compensation &Benefits and Payroll Management in multinational unionized environment
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply these skills into HR environment
· Experienced in process re-design and leading HR change
· Self-motivated and action and result oriented; proficient in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks,
· Ability to work independently and show a strong customer oriented focus,
· Strong communication & organization skills,
· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the organization

· Good level of MS Office knowledge,

Eaton Corporation has an opening for a Compensation Manager to lead Compensation and Benefits Management, Payroll Management, HR reporting -metrics analysis, reporting and governmental declarations and expatriate management at one of the biggest plants located at Cerkezkoy OGSB.
The role also support and contribute implementation of Eaton HR programs. Administers human resources policies and practices and collaborates with HR professionals to leverage common policies and practices.
Essential Functions:
· Lead the implementation and administration of HR policies and programs on Compensation & Benefits strategy and execution, payroll management and legal compliance
· Provide insights to managerial decisions regarding Compensation & Benefits strategy and policy and to carry out an effective compensation & benefits administration service in line with Eaton policies, procedures and statutory requirements
· Responsible for management and reporting of HR data metrics and documentation
· Implement corporate benefits programs, policies, and procedures
· Perform job analysis, job slotting and job evaluation processes
· Provides support during the annual merit review and other C&B elements
· Manage monthly payroll preparation process and tax return declarations
· Ensure Financial reporting and governmental declarations are fully compliant
· Assist Head of HR at the environment of CBA related benefits’ operations to build up short-term and long-term strategies
· Management of Labor & HC Budget; assists Head of HR on Profit Plan
· Lead the team for data excellence to maintain data and track employee changes
· Work on a variety of projects at the same time that will help the organization to achieve its strategic business goals and operational objectives
· Initiate new HR projects to support an environment that maintains positive employee relations, assist the Head of HR in the implementation and administration of other HR programs and initiatives to support operational excellence
