QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Eaton is searching for an Outbound Planning Specialist to be employed in Çerkezköy Plant with the following qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor degree in engineering/ business administration
  • Preferred has strong logistics modeling experience, has production facility background nd is KPI oriented
  • Has experience in 3PL Management
  • Is APICS certified
  • Has experience as end user in ERP
  • Proficient in IT applications MS Word & MS Excel and PowerPoint


İŞ TANIMI

This position follows up the shipment plan, creates information flow/link between production, planning, order management, warehouse, logistics, sales units and has strong contact with 3PL providers to ensure the one of the most important KPI metric Outbound OTD (On time delivery) target is reached and stays sustainable.
In addition this role she/he will support the volume and packaging standardization projects that feed the Mfg Pro roll out project as data input and supports the predefined logistics cost out projects.
 
  1. Ensure the frozen shipment plan is realized in %90, and YTD OTD is achieved %70 for 2014, %85 for 2015
  2. Gather data, create communication with FFM and Warehouse Managers to capture the right packaging information (coiling diameter, height, etc) and pass this information to IT to update the volume calculation information
  3. Support Outbound DoH metric and support projects reducing the finished good stock level at FG warehouse
  4. Give support in developing new logistics models like implementation of Make to Order in physical and erp environments.
  5. Strong contact with production, warehouse, sales and logistics providers to ensure the weekly shipment plan is realized.
  6. Prevent/reduce the premium shipments
