We are looking for  BUYER to be located in Seyrantepe office with the following requirements:
 

• Minimum education – Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering BS graduation- Economics, Business Administration or similar
• Strong oral and written communications skills in English
• Proficient on MS Office Applications
• Strong Analytical & Interpersonal Skills

İŞ TANIMI

• Places, processes, and follows up on orders to expedite and ensure timely delivery to meet project schedules.
• Resolves purchasing and procurement related issues and discrepancies
• Negotiates terms and conditions with suppliers for contracts and agreements
• Manage suppliers relationship, evaluate performance and provide feedback for improvement
• Analyze and monitor spend to look for sourcing and negotiation opportunities
• Assist in the preparation of the procurement business plan, strategies and support action plans to achieve objectives
• Prepare reports, analyze its own metrics and prepare action plans for improvements
• Collaborates between Accounting and the vendor to resolve billing discrepancies
• Support Finance, Communications, Business Development, Legal, and HR Corporate departments to fulfil their procurement needs and requirements for projects and activities
