QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


The ideal candidate(s) will have the following requirements;

- Bachelor degree in engineering especially mechanical engineering;
- Specialized technical education and experience in industrial products to a variety of customer requirements in many marketing areas: i.e., machine tool, mining, agriculture, primary metal, civil engineering, marine, forestry, construction, material handling, etc;
- Communication and team leadership skills to influence and motivate team members, customers, and divisional personnel to achieve marketing goals and objectives;
- Basic understanding and implementation of applicable local laws in working relations with distributors and Original Equipment Manufacturers;
- Understanding of customers and/or distributors business, where applicable, in order to assist them in the sales, service and inventory of our products;
- Proven track record in industrial and mobile hydraulics products sales management;
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, relationships and leverage diversity;
- Has the ability and desire to move to a higher leadership position within the business;
- Proven service mentality.
- Professional English knowledge in speaking, reading and writing.

 

İŞ TANIMI


SALES ENGINEER

- Provides the Leadership and management of sales channels to serve customers within the region. Sales responsibility for Industrial / Mobile OEM’s and Distributors;
- Develops and maintains customer (OEM’s and Distributors) relationships and represents Eaton for the sales of Power Motion Control product portfolio and systems in the geographical area of Turkey to maximize sales and drive growth;
- Develops and implements market strategy to expand Eaton Hydraulics presence in the above markets to drive further growth;
- Plans and implements marketing programs and objectives to achieve or exceed sales forecasts, especially with identified important OEM and Distributors;
- Takes ownership for meeting sales targets;
- Develops and executes tactical and strategic sales plans in support of the overall sales strategy and to meet performance expectations and requirements;
- Prepares sales presentations to create product understanding and awareness;
- Plans and conducts technical and sales seminars to update Distributors and OEM's on current and new products;
- Builds close relationships with key personnel within key customers to enhance sales volume, customer satisfaction and long term business prospects;
- Prepares sales proposals based on customer needs and expectations, ensuring these match Eaton’s capability and offerings;
- Advises and influences customers, creating and developing opportunities for Eaton;
- Provides punctual call reports, expense reports, Business Tracking reports, and monthly reports;
- Administers all phases of the sales process to insure effective and timely customer service and response;
- Monitors sales performance versus plan and takes corrective actions as needed.

2 - 7 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
